Summer Learning Challenge Wrap-Up Party at Richland Library

Frances England is coming all the way from San Francisco to help celebrate the end of the summer. Her whimsical, acoustic pop ballads have won four Parents’ Choice Awards. Staff will be passing out glasses to view the solar eclipse.
