Columbia’s Main Street recently received a colorful makeover, compliments of area partners and a few artists. These Yarn Bombers covered the 1500 block of Main Street (between Taylor and Hampton) with the colorful stitching.

“We can all relate to yarn. I think it reminds us of our childhood and our grandmothers and mothers, says Bohumila Augustinova.” It’s a project and partnership that came to life after months of hard work and a lot of yarn. One Columbia and Pilates Body by Victoria donated money, while Augustinova gathered the knitting troops.
